Text

(a)A pediatric health care facility that submits a plan to the Department for approval under Section 2 or an out-of-state hospital that submits an areawide treatment plan in accordance with subsection (b) of Section 5.4 consents to the jurisdiction and oversight of the Department, including, but not limited to, inspections, investigations, and evaluations arising out of complaints relevant to this Act made to the Department. A pediatric health care facility that submits a plan to the Department for approval under Section 2 or an out-of-state hospital that submits an areawide treatment plan in accordance with subsection (b) of Section 5.4 shall be deemed to have given consent to annual inspections, surveys, or evaluations relevant to this Act by properly identified personnel of the Departm
