For the purposes of this Law: "Cultivation center" has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Program Act. "Department" means the Department of Revenue. "Dispensing organization" has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Program Act. "Person" means an individual, partnership, corporation, or public or private organization. "Qualifying patient" means a qualifying patient registered under the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Program Act.
