Illinois·Topic HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 405 MENTAL HEALTH, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES·Act 405 ILCS 10/ Uniform Act for the Extradition of Persons of Unsound Mind.
This act shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact it.
