Text
"Self-managed plan": The defined contribution retirement program established for eligible employees under Section 3-109.3. The self-managed plan includes disability benefits as provided in Sections 3-114.1, 3-114.2, 3-114.3, and 3-114.6 (but disregarding disability retirement annuities under Section 3-116.1). The self-managed plan does not include any retirement annuities, death benefits, or survivors insurance benefits payable directly from the fund under Section 3-111, 3-111.1, 3-112, 3-114.1, 3-114.2, 3-114.3, 3-114.6, or 3-116.1 or any refunds determined under Section 3-124.
