Text
"Fireman" means any member of a regularly constituted fire department of a municipality as defined in Section 4-103 of this Code, or of a city subject to Article 6 of this Code, whether paid on a full time, part time or per-call basis; or any member occupying a classified position as a fire fighter in the fire protection service of a State department.
