§ 1A-108 — Report to the Governor and General Assembly

On or before October 1 following the convening of a regular session of the General Assembly, the Division shall submit a report to the Governor and General Assembly setting forth the latest financial statements on the pension funds operating in the State of Illinois, a summary of the current provisions underlying these funds, and a report on any changes that have occurred in these provisions since the date of the last such report submitted by the Division. The report shall also include the results of examinations made by the Division of any pension fund and any specific recommendations for legislative and administrative correction that the Division deems necessary. The report may embody general recommendations concerning desirable changes in any existing pension, annuity, or retirement law
