(This Section was added by P.A. 98-641, which has been held unconstitutional) Sec. 11-179.1. Use of contributions for health care subsidies. Except as may be required pursuant to Sections 11-160.1 and 11-160.2 of this Code, the Fund shall not use any contribution received by the Fund under this Article to provide a subsidy for the cost of participation in a retiree health care program.
