§ 47-25 — Local implementation
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 35 REVENUE·Act 35 ILCS 746/ American Hostage Tax Liability Postponement Act.
The corporate authorities of any unit of local government may adopt any ordinance or resolution necessary to implement this Act. County treasurers may adopt any rule or policy necessary to implement this Act.
