(Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2026) Sec. 13.10. Private health insurance; assignment. The lead agency shall determine, at the point of new applications for early intervention services, and for all children enrolled in the early intervention program, at the regional intake offices, whether the child is insured under a private health insurance plan or policy.
