§ 3-7
Illinois·Topic HUMAN NEEDS·Ch. 315 URBAN PROBLEMS·Act 315 ILCS 20/ Neighborhood Redevelopment Corporation Law.
"Plan Commission" means the plan commission of any city, village or incorporated town as authorized by Division 12 of Article 11 of the Illinois Municipal Code, as heretofore and hereafter amended.
