§ 99-99 — Effective date
Illinois·Topic HUMAN NEEDS·Ch. 305 PUBLIC AID·Act 305 ILCS 66/ Rebuild Illinois Mental Health Workforce Act.
This Act takes effect upon becoming law, except that Article 15 takes effect on July 1, 2022, and Article 35 takes effect upon becoming law or on the date Senate Bill 3023 of the 102nd General Assembly takes effect, whichever is later.
