Text

The Director, upon making a determination based upon information in the possession of the Illinois Department, that continuation in practice of a licensed health care professional would constitute an immediate danger to the public, shall submit a written communication to the Director of Professional Regulation indicating such determination and additionally providing a complete summary of the information upon which such determination is based, and recommending that the Director of Professional Regulation immediately suspend such person's license. All relevant evidence, or copies thereof, in the Illinois Department's possession may also be submitted in conjunction with the written communication. A copy of such written communication, which is exempt from the copying and inspection provisions
