§ 8A-17 — Penalties enhanced for persons other than individuals

If a person who violates Section 8A-13, 8A-14, 8A-15, or 8A-16 is any person other than an individual, then that person is subject to a fine of not more than $50,000 if the violation is a misdemeanor and a fine of not more than $250,000 if the violation is a felony.
