Text
The County Departments, under the supervision and direction of the Illinois Department and subject to its rules and regulations, shall locally administer the programs provided by Articles III, IV, and V of this Code and shall provide the social services and utilize the rehabilitative facilities authorized in Articles IX and IXA in respect to persons served through Articles III, IV, and V. They shall also discharge such other duties as may be required by other provisions of this Code or other laws of this State.
