The DHS Special Purposes Trust Fund, to be held outside the State Treasury by the State Treasurer as ex-officio custodian, shall consist of (1) any federal grants received under Section 12-4.6 that are not required by Section 12-5 to be paid into the General Revenue Fund or transferred into the Local Initiative Fund under Section 12-10.1 or deposited in the Employment and Training Fund under Section 12-10.3;
(2)grants, gifts or legacies of moneys or securities received under Section 12-4.18;
(3)grants received under Section 12-4.19; and (4) funds for child care and development services that are not deposited into the Employment and Training Fund under Section 12-10.3.
