Text

The Chicago State University Education Improvement Fund is hereby created as a special fund in the State treasury. The moneys deposited into the Fund shall be used by Chicago State University, subject to appropriation, for expenses incurred by the University. All interest earned on moneys in the Fund shall remain in the Fund.
