(Text of Section before amendment by P.A. 104-131 ) Sec. 6z-106. State Police Law Enforcement Administration Fund.

(a)There is created in the State treasury a special fund known as the State Police Law Enforcement Administration Fund. The Fund shall receive revenue under subsection (c) of Section 10-5 of the Criminal and Traffic Assessment Act and Section 500-135 of the Illinois Insurance Code. The Fund shall also receive the moneys designated to be paid into the Fund under subsection (a-5) of Section 500-135 of the Illinois Insurance Code and Section 8.6 of the Illinois Vehicle Hijacking and Motor Vehicle Theft Prevention and Insurance Verification Act. The Fund may also receive revenue from grants, donations, appropriations, and any other legal source.
