Text
The Illinois State Crime Stoppers Association Fund is created as a special fund in the State treasury. Subject to appropriation, the Fund shall be used by the Criminal Justice Information Authority to make grants to the Illinois State Crime Stoppers Association to enhance and develop Crime Stoppers programs in Illinois.
