§ 6z-88 — After-School Rescue Fund; creation

The After-School Rescue Fund is created as a special fund in the State treasury. Moneys in the Fund shall be used by the Illinois State Board of Education for the making of grants to at-risk schools for the promotion of extracurricular and after-school programs.
