Text
The Commitment to Human Services Fund is hereby created as a special fund in the State treasury. All moneys deposited into the fund shall be appropriated to provide financial assistance for community-based human service providers and for State funded human service programs. Moneys appropriated from the Fund shall supplement and not supplant the current level of human services funding.
