Text

(a)The University of Illinois Hospital Services Fund is created as a special fund in the State Treasury. The following moneys shall be deposited into the Fund:
(1)(Blank). (1.5) (Blank). (1.7) (Blank). (1.8) Starting in fiscal year 2022, at the direction of and upon notification from the Director of Healthcare and Family Services, the State Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer an amount of at least $20,000,000 but not exceeding a total of $55,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the University of Illinois Hospital Services Fund in each fiscal year.
(2)All intergovernmental transfer payments to the Department of Healthcare and Family Services by the University of Illinois made pursuant to an intergovernmental agreement under subsection (b) or (c) of Section
