§ 6z-24

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 30 FINANCE·Act 30 ILCS 105/ State Finance Act.
There is created in the State Treasury the Special Education Medicaid Matching Fund. All monies received from the federal government due to expenditures by local education agencies for services authorized under Section 1903 of the Social Security Act, as amended, and for the administrative costs related thereto shall be deposited in the Special Education Medicaid Matching Fund. All monies received from the federal government due to expenditures by local education agencies for services authorized under Section 2105 of the Social Security Act, as amended, shall be deposited in the Special Education Medicaid Matching Fund. The monies in the Special Education Medicaid Matching Fund shall be held subject to appropriation by the General Assembly to the State Board of Education or the Department
