§ 6z-22

All fees or other monies received by the Guardianship and Advocacy Commission incident to the provision of legal or guardianship services to eligible persons or wards pursuant to subsection (i) of Section 5 of the Guardianship and Advocacy Act shall be paid into the Guardianship and Advocacy Fund. Appropriations for the improvement, development, addition or expansion of legal and guardianship services for eligible persons or wards pursuant to Section 5 of the Guardianship and Advocacy Act or for the financing of any program designed to provide such improvement, development, addition or expansion of services or for expenses incurred in administering the Human Rights Authority, Legal Advocacy Service and Office of State Guardian are payable from the Guardianship and Advocacy Fund.
