Text
The Supreme Court Indirect Cost Fund is established as a federal trust fund in the State treasury. Moneys received by the Supreme Court from any federal department or agency as an indirect cost reimbursement shall be deposited into the Fund. Moneys in the Fund shall be held by the State Treasurer as ex officio custodian and shall be used by the Supreme Court, subject to appropriation, for administrative expenses.
