Text
The Restore Fund is created as a special fund in the State treasury. Subject to appropriation, all moneys in the Fund shall be used by the Illinois State Police and the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts for expenses directly related to the development and implementation of an automated criminal record sealing program.
