Text
The Professions Licensure Fund is created as a special fund in the State treasury. The Fund may receive revenue from any authorized source, including, but not limited to, gifts, grants, awards, transfers, and appropriations. Subject to appropriation, the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation may use moneys in the Fund for costs directly associated with the procurement of electronic data processing software, licenses, or any other information technology system products and for the ongoing costs of electronic data processing software, licenses, or other information technology system products related to the granting, renewal, or administration of all licenses under the Department's jurisdiction.
