Text
The DNR Federal Projects Fund is established as a federal trust fund in the State treasury. This Fund is established to receive funds from all federal departments and agencies, including grants and awards. In addition, the Fund may also receive interagency receipts from other State agencies and agencies from other states. Moneys in the DNR Federal Projects Fund shall be held by the State Treasurer as ex officio custodian and shall be used for the specific purposes established by the terms and conditions of the federal grant or award and for other authorized expenses in accordance with federal requirements. Other moneys deposited into the Fund may be used for purposes associated with the federally financed projects.
