Text

(a)The State Coronavirus Urgent Remediation Emergency (State CURE) Fund is created as a federal trust fund within the State treasury. The State CURE Fund shall be held separate and apart from all other funds in the State treasury. The State CURE Fund is established:
(1)to receive, directly or indirectly, federal funds from the Coronavirus Relief Fund in accordance with Section 5001 of the federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, the Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund in accordance with Section 9901 of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, or from any other federal fund pursuant to any other provision of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 or any other federal law; and (2) to provide for the transfer, distribution and expenditure of such federal funds as pe
