§ 53

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 53. Federal requirements. In the procurement of design-build contracts, the State construction agency shall comply with federal law and regulations and take all necessary steps to adapt their rules, policies, and procedures to remain eligible for federal aid.
