(2)the Illinois Mined Coal Act;
(3)the Steel Products Procurement Act;
(4)the Veterans Preference Act;
(5)the Business Enterprise for Minorities, Women, and Persons with Disabilities Act; and (6) the Procurement of Domestic Products Act.
