Text

(a)The Department may make grants to any participant for an amount not to exceed the authorized percentage of eligible grant activity expenditures as set forth in UMTA Section 9, upon the participant paying or committing for payment funds which, together with funds available under this Article, will be sufficient to meet the total eligible expenditures, as set forth in the agreement between the Department and the participant.
(b)Grant payment and reimbursement shall not exceed the difference between the total of eligible expenses for the project and the amounts received by the participant for such project from any other source.
(c)Each participant receiving operating assistance shall, no later than 30 days following the end of each quarter of each federal fiscal year, file with the Depa
