Text

"Operating deficits" means the amount by which eligible operating expenses exceed eligible operating revenues. For purposes of determining operating deficits, such funds shall be included which the Department may determine, consistent with federal Department of Transportation or other applicable federal regulations and requirements affecting UMTA Section 9.
