§ 10-8 — Confidentiality
Any documentary materials or data made or received by any member, agent or employee of the Department shall be deemed to be confidential and shall not be deemed public records to the extent that such materials or data consist of trade secrets, commercial or financial information regarding the operation of any business conducted by an applicant for or recipient of any form of assistance under this Article or information regarding the competitive position of such business in a particular field of endeavor.
