§ 10

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 30 FINANCE·Act 30 ILCS 105/ State Finance Act.

When an appropriation has been made by the General Assembly for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the operation, maintenance, and administration of the several offices, departments, institutions, boards, commissions, and agencies of the State government, the State Comptroller shall draw his warrant on the State Treasurer for the payment of the same upon the presentation of itemized vouchers issued, certified, and approved for appropriations to:

(1)Elective State officers in the executive Department, to be certified and approved by such officers, respectively;
(2)The Supreme Court, to be certified and approved by the Chief Justice thereof;
(3)Appellate Court, to be certified and approved by the Chief Justice of each judicial district;
