Illinois·Topic REGULATION·Ch. 235 LIQUOR·Act 235 ILCS 5/ Liquor Control Act of 1934.·Art. Article IX - Local Referendum
All places where alcoholic liquor is sold in violation of any provision of this Article shall be taken and held and are declared to be common nuisances and may be abated as such.
