Text
On and after August 1, 1937, it shall be unlawful for any warehouseman to receive, hold, store or deliver any alcoholic liquors without a certificate of registration from the Department. Application for a certificate of registration shall be made to the Department and shall state:
(1)The name of the applicant;
(2)the address of his warehouse (if he operates more than one such warehouse, he shall state the address of each such warehouse). Upon the receipt of the application in proper form, the Department shall issue to such applicant a certificate of registration bearing a distinctive number which he shall conspicuously display on the premises for which it is issued.
