§ 5-1

(Text of Section from P.A. 104-451, Section 5) Sec. 5-1. Licenses issued by the Illinois Liquor Control Commission shall be of the following classes:

(a)Manufacturer's license - Class 1. Distiller, Class 2. Rectifier, Class 3. Brewer, Class 4. First Class Wine Manufacturer, Class 5. Second Class Wine Manufacturer, Class 6. First Class Winemaker, Class 7. Second Class Winemaker, Class 8. Limited Wine Manufacturer, Class 9. Craft Distiller, Class 10. Class 1 Craft Distiller, Class 11. Class 2 Craft Distiller, Class 12. Class 1 Brewer, Class 13. Class 2 Brewer, Class 14. Class 3 Brewer, Class 15. Class 3 Craft Distiller, (b) Distributor's license, (c) Importing Distributor's license, (d) Retailer's license, (e) Special Event Retailer's license (not-for-profit), (f) Railroad license, (g) Boat
