§ 32 — Illinois Race Track Improvement Fund
Within 30 days after the effective date of this Act, the Board shall cause all moneys previously deposited in the Illinois Race Track Improvement Fund to be remitted to the racetrack from which the licensee derives its license in accordance to the amounts generated by each licensee.
