Text

(a)The Department may operate:
(1)up to 50 video gaming terminals as provided in the Video Gaming Act during the scheduled dates of the Illinois State Fair; and (2) up to 30 video gaming terminals as provided in the Video Gaming Act during the scheduled dates of the DuQuoin State Fair.
(b)No more than 10 video gaming terminals may be placed in any temporary pavilion where alcoholic beverages are served at either State Fair.
