Text

Beginning on August 26, 2012, each advance deposit wagering licensee shall impose a surcharge of 0.18% on winning wagers and winnings from wagers placed through advance deposit wagering. The surcharge shall be deducted from winnings prior to payout. Amounts derived from a surcharge imposed under this Section shall be paid to the standardbred purse accounts of organization licensees conducting standardbred racing.
