Text
Insofar as a provision of the Sports Wagering Act is silent on a provision, the Illinois Gambling Act, and all rules adopted thereunder, shall apply to the Sports Wagering Act. If there is a conflict between the Sports Wagering Act and the Illinois Gambling Act, the Sports Wagering Act shall control.
