§ 20.1 — Authority of licensees

Text
(a)Notwithstanding anything in this Act to the contrary, an organization licensee shall have authority to:
(1)determine prices charged for goods and services;
(2)determine prices charged for wagering products, subject to Sections 26 and 26.2 of this Act;
(3)determine its hours of operation, subject to at least 30 days prior notice to the Board if such hours are different than provided such licensee's racing dates application; and (4) otherwise manage its business operations.
(b)The Board may disapprove of any business practices by organization licensees identified in subsection (a) of this Section if the Board finds that such practices are detrimental to the public interest.
