Text

Notwithstanding any applicable statutory provision to the contrary, a licensed owner, licensed manager, or organization gaming licensee who extends credit to a gambling patron pursuant to paragraph (12) of Section 11 of this Act is expressly authorized to institute a cause of action to collect any amounts due and owing under the extension of credit, as well as the licensed owner's, licensed manager's, or organization gaming licensee's costs, expenses and reasonable attorney's fees incurred in collection.
