Text
The amount of the bond or cash and securities shall be increased or reduced from time to time as the land affected by mining operations changes, and as the cost of future reclamation changes whether as a result of cost inflation or deflation, changes in costs, new information, or other cause. The Department shall by rule provide standards and procedures for such adjustments of a bond.
