Text
Any provision of this Act, insofar as it is the same as or substantially the same as any provision of a statute repealed herein, shall be construed as a continuation of such prior provisions and not as a new enactment. If in any other statute reference is made to an Act, or part thereof, which is repealed herein and the provisions of such repealed Act or part thereof are continued in this Act, such reference shall be construed as referring to those provisions continued in this Act.
