(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 35-5. Penalties. Cemetery authorities shall respect the rights of consumers of cemetery products and services as put forth in this Article. Failure to abide by the cemetery duties listed in this Article or to comply with a request by a consumer based on a consumer's privileges under this Article may activate the disciplinary processes in Article 25 of this Act.
