Whenever title to any mine is transferred the transferee shall file in the office of the recorder of the county wherein the mine is located, within 30 days of the date of transfer two complete sets of maps of the mine as described in Sections 33.02 and 33.03 of this Act. The seller and purchaser shall certify on each set of maps that they are correct and such maps shall be prima facie evidence against such seller and purchaser in any court of law, of the condition of the mine at the date of transfer. The public shall have access to one set, and one set shall be kept on file by the recorder and shall not be open to the public.
