(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 26.9. Substantial justice; rehearing. Whenever the Secretary is satisfied that substantial justice has not been done in the revocation, suspension or refusal to issue or renew a license, the Secretary may order a rehearing by the same or another hearing officer or by the Board.
