(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2029) Sec. 25.8. Rehearing ordered by Secretary. Whenever the Secretary is not satisfied that substantial justice has been done in the revocation, suspension, or refusal to issue or renew a license or certificate, the Secretary may order a rehearing by the Board or a designated hearing officer.
