Text
(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2029) Sec. 25.11. Restoration of license or certificate from discipline. At any time after successful completion of a term of indefinite probation, suspension, or revocation of a license, the Department may restore the license, unless, after an investigation and a hearing, the Secretary determines that restoration is not in the public interest or that the licensee has not been sufficiently rehabilitated to warrant the public trust.
